*I walk back in after grabbing a coke from the fridge and arriving back into the station. I look around and see no one in yet. I flip the lights on and Grab a seat in the back. I pull out a copy of a report form, take out a pen and begin to write down a report for the MVA.*

*As I pull up to the fire station I flip on the lights and sirens then flick them back off then park and walk inside and see Brondum*
'Sup?'

*I see Austin come in.*
'Um a meeting, right?'

'Haha! Of course! I was being sarcastic. Where is everybody anyway?'
*I say looking around*

*I park my truck in its designated area and I shut it down and walk to my office for a moment, I take my jacket off and I head over to the Briefing room*

'Hey Guys'

(For this I will say everyone is here already)

'You know why we are here today?'

'Not really. Nobody ever told me anything about this. Who could have been responsible for That? (Cough* Booth Cough* LOL!)

'Well we are here because of the attendance hasn't been the best and the response time isn't great either. We need to step it up before we have a fatality that could've been prevented, and that would be on our hands'

'Yeah, it's pretty bad. Do you have some ideas on how to fix that?'

'I do all I can, I can't make the fire fighters come here regularly however I can remove them from my department and I will, if they don't show up'

'I can also hold roll calls too!'(We need more members BADLY)

*mid tone for 3 seconds*
(Over PA: Attention fire station 1 please go on standby. PD reports a man with a gun in a locked house. SWAT, PC-4, and FEMS are on scene now.)
*I hear the transmission*
'Not good! Anyway, as you were saying?'
*I continue listening to Booth*

*Mid tone for 3 seconds*
(Over PA: Attention fire station 1 this is an update. Shots have been fired at police officers FEMS is now on scene along with FPD SWAT and PC-1 and PC-4)

*Mid tone for 3 seconds*
(Over PA: Attention fire station 1 this is an update. Call clear units back in service)

'We need to Mark the officer for the Ladder inactive for now, and we should decommission the ladder until the engine is full, and we need people to POST'

*I walk into the room and see the Botfish and Booth talking*
'Gentlemen. Booth, long time no see, Botfish, how have you been? Mind if I join you?'

i also walk in saying hi with a bottle of moutain dew in my hand and say hi to the officer

'Hey guys!'

'Take a seat guys, what do you think we should do to boost attendance and activity?'

'Retention needs to be our first priority. As for advertising, are there any other groups like this out there that we can look at and see how they operate?'

'I don't really think there are. I think ERT is the only one'

'Look until we have more staff, I saw we shut down the ladder and sell both the engine and ladder. I have found a rig that would suit us very well. It's a 2009 KME 61' Skyboom. I have handouts if you would like them.'

'Are you saying we should shut down the Engine and the Ladder then put everyone on the FD on this one? Oh, and can I have one of those handouts?'

'I'm thinking about writing a proposal to send to my chief about cross training everyone to make the department a PSD, so can I have one as well?'

'Not exactly we could have a few patrol cars and a skyboom.'
*I walk over to the chief and director and give out the handouts. I walk back and sit back down after giving one to Conlin.*
'If we close down both departments, we could merge them and save money and then expand. The Orange County Fire Authority in California is selling a 2009 KME 61 foot skyboom. That's the picture of it. I want onto photoshop last night to edit it to look like it will in ESR paint. That's it. What do you think?'
